  1. POSITION PURPOSE

    Provides administrative support to the PAA.

  2. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    1. Assures parish office, church and hall are opened and securely closed for the day.
    2. Maintains the Parish Database System making changes, additions and deletions as needed.
    3. Assures preparation of the weekly parish bulletin.
    4. Weekly posting of contributions.
    5. Maintains facilities calendar and accommodates requests for changes.
    6. Maintains filing system for the office.
    7. Maintains an inventory of office supplies and reorders as needed.
    8. Coordinates volunteers as needed for parish administrative projects.
    9. Registers parishioners.
    10. Coordinates and maintains Mass intentions.
    11. Prepares and processes regular mail and bulk mailings.
    12. Refers those in need to social agencies when appropriate.
    13. Makes and collates photo copies.
